About the role

As an Office Manager at Jarmany you will be supporting the continued growth of a dynamic company

You will be dealing with people at all levels of the company and will need to have an organised, logical approach to your work.

Your role will be to ensure we have a well-maintained professional office environment and to provide day to day support to ensure the smooth running or our organisation.

  • Health and Safety Coordination
  • Event Management
  • HR Administration
  • New Starter Onboarding
  • Graduate Scheme Coordination
  • Recruitment Support
  • PR/Marketing Support


  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Commercial awareness
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to show initiative
  • Good with technology (MS Office proficiency required)
  • Results-driven and able to work well in a team

Qualification and experience

  • 2 plus years office admin experience
  • MS Office proficiency
